Education Background
Jane is a law graduate of The University of Nairobi with a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. She was admitted to the Bar in 2014 and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
Jane’s main area of practice include:

- Land Purchase and Sale Transactions,

Corporate & Commercial Matters focusing on incorporation of all forms of companies, preparation of agreements and documents including shareholders agreements, franchise, distributorship and agency agreements, NDAs, restructuring of companies, mergers and acquisitions. Family Law, Probate and Administration, Estate Planning including preparation of Wills and setting up family trusts and generally giving legal opinions on various legal issues.
Dianah has a vast experience and knowledgeable in varied practice areas. Her core areas of interest are Commercial and Business Law, Insolvency Practice, Family Law and related litigation practice.
Caroline was admitted to the Bar in 2009. She obtained her LLB Degree from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Francis Kakai is a partner at the Firm and heads the Corporate Law, Trust & Charities Business Unit. He is an advocates of the High Court of Kenya with over 10 years.
Njomo is a partner in the Firm and is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of over 13 years’ experience, having been admitted to the Bar in 2003.
