
Confidentiality Policy
We shall at all times uphold and guard our client's right to privacy. All communication, documents and any other form of information received and within the knowledge of GTC shall be kept confidential.
We shall not share our clients' personal information with any third party unless with the client's express written authorization or when legally obligated to do so, in which case we shall promptly advise you on the same. We shall take all reasonable steps to minimize the risk of disclosure of confidential information by ensuring that only the employees, directors and professional advisors of GTC and its affiliates whose duties will require them to possess any of such information shall have access thereto and such personnel shall treat the same as confidential.
GTC is further statutorily bound to a professional duty of confidentiality as the directors and majority of staff are lawyers obligated to maintain confidentiality under the Advocates Act, CAP 16 of the Laws of Kenya.
