Corporate Administrator Services

Under the Mental Health Act, when somebody lacks the “capacity” to deal with his or her own affairs and has not appointed an attorney, the Court will appoint a manager for his estate. Facility Agent & Security Trustee Services
Gabael Trust can act in various Trustee and Agent roles across a multitude of debt related transactions including as Facility Agent, Corporate Trustee, Security Trustee, Successor Trustee or Security Agent.
